James joined Hurst Peirce + Malcolm LLP in 1995 direct from university. In 2008 he was appointed an Associate

James has built up extensive experience of refurbishment projects within London and currently he manages the structural engineering aspects of Waitrose supermarket extensions and makeovers.

Amongst his refurbishment experiences he acted as site engineer on the conversion project of Queen Elizabeth College into The Phillimores Residential Development including retained facades and deep excavations.
