Colin joined us in 1998 after a long spell with R T James and Partners

He became an Associate in 1999.

His expertise is wide ranging including both new and old structures in steel and concrete as well as significant civil engineering works.

Colin is responsible for a number of projects for such clients as the John Lewis Partnership and the Parliamentary Works Service. He has also recently completed the redevelopment of an existing office building into luxury apartments for the Grosvenor Estate. Other areas of activity include structural appraisals of existing buildings on behalf of new owners or funds.

He also acts as a monitoring engineer where we look after tenant's and fund's interests on large developments.
