364 Kensington High Street, London
364 Kensington High Street is a seven storey building originally constructed in 1945 as a car park and converted into offices in 1970.
The current contract is to completely refurbish and re-clad the building for Fairgate Properties, including a new feature staircase and atrium. HPM are also acting for Universal Music Operations Ltd who are fitting out the building for their own use. Value £11m.
The project required the integration of air conditioning services into the shallow ceiling void where it was necessary to pass the ducts through holes formed in the downstands of the reinforced concrete floor beams.
