Samuel Saunders

Samuel joined Hurst Peirce + Malcolm LLP in 2010. He qualified as a chartered member of both the Institution of Structural Engineers and the Institution of Civil Engineers in 2018 and 2019 respectively and became an associate in 2020.

Throughout his career at HPM, Samuel has worked on a diverse variety of projects including: the base-build design and fit out of flagship department stores, listed luxury residential projects with significant basements with new build mews buildings, new build + refurb residential / commercial mixed use buildings, road specifications, footbridges, structural surveys, repair specifications for historic stairs, elevation surveys with repair specifications, insurance consultancy, HSE consultancy, PPM consultancy, and historically sensitive repair to large early steel trussed roofs among a series of other historically sensitive projects.

Samuel brings a creative collaborative approach combined with his extensive experience in the use of modern methods of analysis and BIM integrated design tools to bring value and cost effectiveness to projects.
